She's a wonderful blend of the old and the new, traditional skills married to state of the art hull dynamics and electrical motive technology.

Shes has a foam carbon hull, and semi traditional topsides in
English oak, cherry and douglas fur, powered by a 23kw Luthium battery pack,
Shes undergoing testing now, but initial trails give her a top speed of 15 knots (duration 1 hour), and shes most effecient at cruising speed 6.5 knots which should give her a range of at least 70 miles possibly 100!
And the reason for lithium, its only 1/3rd of the weight of lead acid, and the lifespan, 3000 recharges.
